Refund Policy

In the event that a registered participant cannot attend the conference in person due to unforeseen circumstances, they may be eligible for a refund based on the following criteria, provided no alternative arrangements (such as cancellation, postponement, or registration transfer) have been made:
* More than 60 days before the conference: Eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fee.
* Between 60 and 30 days before the conference: Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
* Less than 30 days before the conference: No refund will be provided.

Note: A 20% service charge will be deducted from any refunded registration fees. Please note that refunds do not apply to accommodation costs.

If the conference is rescheduled or converted to a virtual event (e.g., due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances), the registration fees will be credited toward a future event.

Once a refund request has been submitted, the refunded amount (after applicable deductions) will be processed and credited within 15–20 working days.

Accommodation Policy

Accommodation will be arranged in selected high-standard hotels. Once accommodation has been confirmed by the attendee, it cannot be canceled. However, changes or modifications to the accommodation details may be allowed, subject to availability and the hotel's policies.

Postponement Policy

If there are any changes to a participant’s ability to attend (such as modifications or transfers), they must notify the Program Manager promptly. Should [Your Conference Name] need to postpone the conference for any reason, the registration fees already paid will be converted into a credit. This credit can be used to register for any [Your Conference Name] event scheduled within two years of the postponement notice.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include any form of insurance coverage. Attendees are advised to obtain their own insurance if they wish to be covered for health, travel, or personal belongings.

Transportation

Participants are responsible for making their own transportation arrangements to and from the conference venue. The organizers are not responsible for providing transportation services.
 
Health and Safety Protocols

The health and safety of our attendees are our top priorities. Attendees are expected to adhere to all health guidelines and safety protocols in place at the venue, including any measures related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns.
