Responsibility of Attendees

All conference attendees are responsible for the security and safety of their personal belongings while at the conference venue, including the hotel accommodations. The organizers will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items for any reason.
 
Request for Invitation Letters

Invitation letters will be issued only to participants who have completed their registration. These letters will be sent via email to the registered email addresses provided during the registration process.
 
Transfer of Registration

Participants with fully paid registrations have the option to transfer their registration to another individual if they are unable to attend the conference. To initiate a transfer, the original registrant must submit a formal written request to the Program Manager within 30 days of their registration date. Upon receiving the request, the Program Manager will review it and provide consent for the transfer. This transfer policy is intended for cases where attendance is not possible for the original registrant. Please note that no refunds will be issued for transferred registrations.
 
Visa Application Guidelines

For security reasons, we strongly recommend that attendees apply for a visa as soon as their conference registration is confirmed. While [Your Conference Name] will provide support and necessary documentation to assist with the visa application process, we are not responsible for directly dealing with embassies or consulates. Any issues related to visa denial or delays are not covered by our cancellation policies.
